1. These Terms & Conditions supersede those published in any prior sales literature. Orders placed and accepted are deemed to be in accordance with these conditions.
2. Product specifications and conditions of sale may be amended without prior warning. Quotations may be withdrawn without notice at any time prior to acceptance of order
3. Prices charged will be those in force at the time of order. Pay 50% deposit first if the order value is over $5000.00。
4. Customer agrees accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Absorbent, Ink. be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.

6. Product photos are not guaranteed to be color accurate. If a specific product color is important, please request a product sample before ordering. Charges may apply. Requesting a sample when placing your order will likely delay production time.
