Yousheng idea test criteria
Part 1: Test by eyes
1.appearance.
No scratching or damage on the body.

2.the touch spots & color of chip.
A: The touch spots of virgin empties is very light and glossy.
B: The touch spot of non-virgin empties will distribute many place ( Every time as customers install the cartridges into the printers, which will leave different contact on the chip). If the touch spot turned into green, which means the chip is rusted.
Chip has no nick or damage.

3.printhead.
Please check printhead using refraction Of sunlight. Following the bad empties.
A.there’s damaged dot on the two sides or ends.
B.The whole printhead is not smooth, uneven.
C.There’s small hole on the printhead.
D.Whitle fog (scrape) and scratching on the printhead

Part 2: circuit (electrical) test
Using related machine to test the chip recognized or not & nozzel number.
